1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and e999 (the "Platform"). The Platform reserves the right to update, amend, or revise these terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be accessible at e999.vin/terms-conditions.

Continued use of the e999 platform after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of any changes.

2. Eligibility

To register and use e999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. The Platform may carry out verification checks at any stage to confirm compliance.

• You must be at least 21 years of age (21+ only). Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.
• You must be a natural person and not acting on behalf of a third party without explicit written consent.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion program or have a previously closed e999 account due to violations.

3. Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on e999. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. e999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your credentials. Your registration obligations include:

• Providing accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and keeping it updated at all times.
• Notifying e999 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
• Completing identity verification (KYC) when requested by the Platform, by providing a valid government-issued ID and proof of address.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

e999 supports instant deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major bank transfers through Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and other approved Bangladeshi financial institutions. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may require additional documentation before processing. e999 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending compliance review. Key conditions include:

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and will be communicated on the relevant platform page. Currently the minimum withdrawal is ৳500.
• Any bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Failing to meet rollover conditions will forfeit the bonus amount.
• e999 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals for accounts under security review or suspected of fraudulent activity.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

e999 periodically offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated. e999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at its sole discretion. The following conditions apply to all bonus offers:

• Welcome bonuses are available to first-time depositors only. Each player is eligible for the welcome bonus once.
• Wagering requirements (rollover) must be completed within the stated timeframe. Incomplete wagering before expiry forfeits the bonus and associated winnings.
• e999 reserves the right to void any winnings derived from bonus funds if there is evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage, or exploitation of promotional terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users of e999 must conduct themselves in accordance with applicable laws and the standards of fair play upheld by the Platform. The following activities are expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or any other illegal financial activity through e999.
• Colluding with other players, platform staff, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or promotional awards.
• Registering multiple accounts, impersonating another person, or providing false identity information during KYC verification.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the e999 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, data, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of e999 or its licensed content providers. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or publicly displayed without the express written consent of e999.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. Any unauthorized commercial use, scraping, or systematic extraction of platform data is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, e999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the platform, including losses resulting from technical failures, server outages, incorrect game results pending correction, or any third-party actions.

e999 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability, for which the Platform accepts no liability. In all cases, e999's total aggregate liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the preceding 30 days.

9. Responsible Gaming
